Welcome to Sets by Soluna! By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Booking & Appointments

  • All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or Instagram DM.
  • A confirmation text will be sent within 24 hours of booking.
  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling.
  • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellation Policy

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund or free reschedule
  • Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee may apply
  • No-shows: Full service charge may be applied to future bookings
  • Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Pricing & Payment

  • Prices listed are base prices and may vary based on nail length and design complexity.
  • Add-on services (nail art, 3D elements, chrome finishes) are priced per nail unless otherwise stated.
  • Final pricing will be confirmed before the service begins.
  • Payment is due at the end of each appointment.
  • We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay.
  • Tips are appreciated but never expected.

Service Guidelines

  • Please come with clean, polish-free nails (unless getting a soak-off service).
  • Reference photos are highly encouraged to ensure we create your dream nails.
  • Complex designs may require additional time and will be priced accordingly.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if nails show signs of infection or damage.

Repairs & Touch-ups

  • If a nail lifts or breaks within 48 hours due to application issues, we offer a free repair.
  • Breakage due to misuse, trauma, or improper care is not covered.
  • Repairs must be scheduled within 7 days of original appointment.
  • Please DM photos of any issues before coming in for repairs.

Health & Safety

  • All tools are sanitized and sterilized between clients.
  • Single-use files and buffers are used for each appointment.
  • Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment.
  • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.

Photo & Social Media

  • We may photograph completed nail sets for our portfolio.
  • Photos may be shared on Instagram and our website.
  • We will always ask permission before posting photos with identifying features.
  • You may opt out of photo sharing at any time.
